We prefer to deal with high resolution ("hi-rez") digital files only, which means a minimum resolution of 300dpi. If you need help with scanning please e-mail info@giftofgabby.com for help. Otherwise e-mail your photos to info@giftofgabby.com. (We suggest a file sharing site like www.yousendit.com if your personal e-mail server cannot accomodate large files. This is a free service to send one photo at a time.) Please specify your requests when you submit your photos. You will be sent an e-mail confirmation once the photos and payment have been received. Your completed files will be returned by e-mail, ftp, or cd (*additional charge of $10 for S&H for images on a cd). If you would like to use a ftp site to submit photos, e-mail  info@giftofgabby.com to request log-in info after submitting your order. Gift of Gabby Photograph Retouching Services does not charge a scanning fee for photos that measure 8.5"x11" or smaller. For larger photos, there will be an additional $5.00 fee.
